Evelynne & Hawthorne is a planning and design studio focused on creating thoughtfully curated weddings and private events.

We believe the most meaningful events are not defined by scale, but by how they are experienced. From the flow of the space to the moments that unfold naturally throughout the day, every detail is considered with intention.

Our work extends beyond logistics. We design environments that feel effortless, elevated, and deeply personal, ensuring each event reflects both the vision of our clients and the experience of their guests.

Whether held at a private estate, a destination venue, or an intimate setting, every event is approached with a refined, detail-driven perspective from concept through execution.

Meet Jocelyn

I’ve always been drawn to the moments people remember.

The way a space feels when you first walk in. The quiet in-between moments. The energy of a room when everything just works. That is what led me to events, and what continues to shape how I design them today.

At the core of it, I’m a hopeless romantic.

Not just in the traditional sense, but in the belief that experiences should feel intentional, immersive, and lasting. That belief shows up in every event I design, whether it’s a wedding, a celebration, or an intimate gathering.

Behind Evelynne & Hawthorne is a larger vision.

Every event I plan contributes to something I am building toward: the creation of a wedding venue designed specifically by an event planner, for weddings and for photography. A space where layout, lighting, and flow are considered from the very beginning, not adapted after the fact.

A space designed for how events are actually experienced.

Until then, Evelynne & Hawthorne is where that vision lives and evolves, one event at a time.
